Refund Policy

1. Advisory services

Insatum provides editorial advisory services on a project or retainer basis. If you are not satisfied with our advisory services, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date, provided that the engagement has not yet begun or that no deliverables have been provided. Once work has commenced and deliverables have been shared, fees are non-refundable.

2. Published works

Books, newsletters, audio properties and other published works produced by our imprints are sold through third-party retailers and platforms. Refund requests for these products should be directed to the retailer from which the purchase was made. Each imprint's specific return and refund terms are governed by the policies of the applicable retail platform.

3. Digital products

For digital products purchased directly from Insatum or its imprints, refund requests may be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase. Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at insatumllc@gmail.com with your name, the service or product in question, and the date of purchase or invoice. We will review your request and respond within five (5) business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are processed through Stripe, Inc.
